Located at the base of the town (and convenient to parking) this is a perfect stop to fortify yourself after a climb up the hill. My plat was a "faux filet" but there was nothing tough or gristly about the beautiful steak I was served. It was perfectly medium, and served with mushrooms and a peppercorn wine sauce. That was followed by one of the most delicious desserts ever - pain perdu with an orange honey glaze and spiced ice cream. The bread had a sugary crunch outside and was soft inside, perfect for soaking up that beautiful sauce.
