Sad, sad mall :( at least it has a Bath & Body Works, Mint Julep, and Francesca's. With a few upgrades, this place could be poppin!

I have been shopping here for almost a decade and always had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately,…read morewhile I was shopping probably for about 15 minutes, I told my son to go look around while I shop and pick something out. He went to the toy isle and was bouncing a ball. A worker started following him around, saying don't touch that ball, and said " I wanna smack him" to someone else. The worker picked up a toy nerf gun that wasn't in a box, held it in his hands as one would hold a nerf gun and moved it from one area to another while following my son around. Then said "do you want to leave the store" and my son said no and he took the ball from him. My son told me after I drove away, I feel he targeted my son for bouncing a ball and picked up the nerf gun to almost intimidate him. If you are a mom and you think your child is safe browsing around, while you shop, be extra careful of this worker.

I always like the skincare and some perfumes there, and also hand creams, sometimes you'll get good selection of make up brands but just have to check if they are ruined yet. also love that they have a lot of Korean products there especially for skincare like face masks and moisturizers. its normally cheaper that the usual price too so its a win win situation. Check out is okay, always depends how busy they are and what location you go

I sure hope these folks can pull through. I shop at the location in Lynn MA on Boston street. This…read moreis the one that actually made it - the one on the Lynnway closed a couple of years ago. First of all, I get it. They have had to raise prices. As long as they are actually priced before I get up to check out, I don't mind. But they haven't been getting in new shipments for a while *(Covid, supply chain issues I suppose), and all the food was stale and overpriced. Marked up. Finally, last week, they got a new shipment of Sam's club cheese and dairy items. As I was checking out, the items were warm, they mentioned the coolers were failing. Their internet was also down, so I couldn't use my EBT to check out, so I abandoned a cart worth $26. I came back the following week, most of the cheese was sold, but the remaining refrigerator cases were 100% not working and there was food inside that was actually molding in front of my eyes. (see pictures) That being said, in the days when this place was a HOT TAMALE you could get Smoked Salmon, Shrimp, Cod, Amy's organic dinners, and a bevy of other totally awesome frozen foods for $1. I don't mind paying $1.50 or $2 if they can fix the freezers, clean up and get back to where they used to be. The staff are also very helpful and a nice melting pot of folks. I've stood up for them when the R-word people come around to try to disrespect them for raising their prices. Dollar Zone, please take care of this store - we all miss it! Enclosed - pictures of rotting food. I still think they are worth 4 stars but y'all seriously need to get your act together. Also, answer the darn phone. Sincerely Jill G

BUT -- there are some pretty great staff members who work at the CVS Swampscott, and top of my list -- top of anybody's list -- should be TARON. There was an error in my prescription (whether from the doctor or CVS, I don't know). Taron listened carefully. He empathized. He didn't blame anyone else (It was NOT his fault), but instead decided to make it right. He not only fixed the ambiguous instructions on my prescription, but did so for everyone who would ever order it again. And he made sure that the follow-up was ready. When I arrived to pick up my meds, I asked to speak to him, and gave him a serious holler-out. I think SO many people who work behind the counter, whether at CVS or a restaurant or retail, really feel they can't have an impact. But a cheery greeting, a genuine expression of welcome, and the responsibility for making things right and quick and effortless makes a big, lasting difference. The woman who takes my order at McDonald's really does affect my mood for a surprisingly long time -- a bored grunt versus a lively interaction makes a difference. To all those who get it, and particularly again to Taron (and Patrick, who was on duty late!), my lasting thanks. And even though this CVS is never a place (Will it change?) in which I'd buy soda or candy or tissues, it is a place I now feel more confident and comfortable about as a place to get my meds, and get them right. Thank you, Taron -- and to whoever hired and trained him.

I go here very often, and yet I still have no idea what to write. Here goes nothing…read more.. This Target is small as far as Targets go, you will likely find they have a more limited selection that some other targets in the area. That is not to say they don't have a whole lot of stuff. Most of the stuff they have, excluding some electronics is on the budget end of the spectrum. While you will find a good DSLR camera, or a nice laptop, or a huge flat screen, you will not find [much] designer clothing, super high-end electronics, or a wide food selection. However, if you need a toothbrush, socks, or a package of AA batteries, this is a go to place. Prices are not as low as Wal-Mart, but you pay slightly more for slightly higher quality. The store is cleaner, and the staff is generally more helpful. Still, service can be hit or miss. There are some associates that were mean, and some that are helpful. Mark at the service desk is awesome! They have a generous return policy, you can return many items that most stores will typically not accept. Rather than list all of them, I will say this: don't be afraid to ask, especially on high priced items. But it is a no on bicycles, which kind of sucks. Also, while I understand why, it would be nice if they were not required to try to get everyone to get a Target RedCard. They get me almost every time, but I already have one...
