Go to drop off for her to tell me it IS ready and to go back to Paula! Go back to paula and advise her there IS a rx ready and she said i must have given her the wrong birthday!!! Even when the two pharmacists killed themselves recently, CVS's response was to threaten the staff with termination and legal suits, if the staff went to the media and spoke the truth that it was CVS's fault those pharmacists killed themselves. Not one word of sorry or empathy towards the families. At the Lake Ozark store. We have seen a pharmacist by themselves working a full day. They have had awesome pharmacists, a man and before him a woman, but due to their money over everything leadership they drove those pharmacists away. We used to love the staff there but as of late all of the female technicians are totally incompetent and rude even the ones that have been there for years. Their new male pharmacist is totally worthless and rude. Any empathy that the staff displays is all fake. We have been talking to former and current employees, their families and patients across the U.S., collecting data about the unethical treatment of their staff and patients. Our goal is to get a nationwide class action suit against CVS. Our suggestion is to inundate CVS corporate, the boards of pharmacy and the news media daily about CVS. We also suggest going to local pharmacies vs BIG Brother corporate pharmacies. Walgreens is no better. Remember CVS does not care about you! They only care about money.

All the staff are equally trained and qualified to step into any position in case of call outs. The drive thru is always opened. All the staff are very helpful and kind and respectful. They are always fully staffed, compared to big corporate pharmacies that makes a pharmacist work by themselves. Their new clinical pharmacist is just a joy. He is so smart and helpful. Don the owner is a Benton county icon. Did you know that J&D stands for Jesus and Don? Why suffer with long waits and staffing shortages and a corporation that only cares about their profit?
