It's kinda like an outlet mall. They had a good selection of food too. It features a mix of global fashion brands like H&M, COS, Tommy Hilfiger, Hugo Boss, Kate Spade, and Dior Beauty, alongside popular New Zealand labels such as Superette, Wynn Hamlyn, Barkers, and Twenty-Seven Names. Beauty lovers will find Mecca, L'Occitane, Life Pharmacy, and more, while Harbour Eats on the top level hosts a diverse lineup of eateries including Burger Burger, Eden Noodles, Gochu, Ahi, and Ghost Donkey.

They have a Kmart for clothing and department items, and a Woolworth for grocery shopping, inside the mall! They also had some of the typical mall shops of namebrand clothing, a food court, and downstairs a little convenient store, kiosk, and even a massage parlor! I could've easily stayed here all day and explored for hours on end!

Slowly over the years it has gotten sadder. Despite the fact it is on Broadway, Rialto does not get the foot traffic that the majority of Newmarket attracts. I used to come here all the time for the coffee lounge that was up on the second level opposite the cinema but they are no longer in business and the place is still up for lease. If it weren't for the cinema, Nando's, The Home Store and Euro Style I don't think Rialto Centre would exist. There are meant to be over 25 stores, I haven't counted but they probably need to update their website. Not sure if the sock and hat stall counts. The food court is sub par and the toilets should be avoided. (I cannot speak for the male toilets though). Really you'd only come for a specific purpose, for a specific store like Euro Style or to go to the Home Store because they have no other Auckland locations. It is tough for retail and this mall is representative of that. Osbourne, Nuffield and Teed Street really became the place for boutique retail to set up brick and mortar locations and the mall has suffered. Rialto is a ghost town, but there are a few good reasons left to come, for how long though, that is the question.

I shop here infrequently as located in New Lynn, however they cater for all your needs with Number 1 Shoes, Cotton On, Countdown, Farmers, JB Hi-Fi, Tank, retail banks and so forth. Great parking: 180 mins free. Most of the retail staff are friendly and communicative. LynnMall are undergoing some serious cosmetic work on the shop front - which will be greatly appreciated by the likes of me! They just need a decent coffee shop now!

I guess if you wanted something from these, you can drive in and out as parking is usually available. The only spot to have a coffee is BBs cafe and the last time I went there, it smelt badly of raw onion. I probably would have got a coffee there as I have got it here before and it's ok but the smell in the shop drove me out of there. The Long John Silver shop does a good fish and chips at a reasonable price and there's a Subway if you want a sandwich. The whole vibe of the place is depressing in a West Auckland sort of way - overweight people with sour faces puffing on cigarettes. It's the sort of place you pick up your cake from the Cheesecake shop and drive straight out of there again.

Also a few restaurants just past the foodcourt on the outside. Three stars for the very limited under cover car parking. A mall this size needs more covered spaces for the erratic Auckland weather.
