PF works out a changeover price based on their negotiations with dealers and your trade-in description. 3. When you are happy with the price you verbally accept and pay $1500 deposit by credit card over the phone. 4. Some time later (maybe half a day) you receive a Purchase Agreement with PF's Terms and Conditions. The Purchase Agreement states that your telephone call constitutes a legally binding agreement (even though you don't have the documentation). Of course that is not entirely true because the terms of the contract are not provided at the time of the telephone call. My Experience: As I was not happy with the Purchase Agreement (due to the actual trade-in valuation not being specified and my concern that the trade-in valuation may be varied unilaterally by the Vendor and the Purchaser has no recourse) I have advised that I cancel the Agreement and I have requested return of the deposit. PF has gone totally silent, have not returned calls or answered emails. If they do not return the deposit in a reasonable time I will lodge a complaint to Fair Trading NSW. Watch this space.

They just state keys when they should clearly state in the contract 2 keys/key fobs. Of course with a remote it acts as a key but the manual key therein also acts as a key so they cover themselves. I have also had multiple issues with damage to paint work both with sales artarmon and the service department. Promises with a good deal but it appears you actually pay anyway as a replacement key costs approx $400....ha ha. Jill

The drive up the ramp to the roof for the service drop off is a bit disconcerting and steep the first time. Staff were friendly and efficient. When they heard it was just the one-month inspection they gave me the option of taking the shuttle to Artarmon train station and coming back later; or, if I wanted to wait the hour it would take, they said they'd put me in first and let me go without having to come back. Great! They did indeed find a loose fitting on the inspection, which they tightened up. I like that they gave me schedule options and adjusted their work schedule to make that work.

Since we drive by North Shore BMW & Mini almost everyday we decided to check out some of the Ultimate driving machines and the Mini with 4 doors since they fit the bill. We're not ready to buy as yet, but we're doing our homework and a little on hands investigation is always helpful. After parking downstairs we proceeded to BMW's showroom (Mini is on the 2nd Floor) and checked out the cars. Most of the cars were open so we could go in and out of them comparing the space, comfort and style. Everyone we talked to was friendly and the cars were displayed nicely in the space. BMW's New Vehicle sales consultant, Carolyn was very informative, not intrusive, and let us also take a look at a couple of the MINI's we wanted to see. We left with a number of brochures, a couple of business cards and a much more informed sense of which vehicle we want.

When I discovered this however the staff did not provide an apology. Furthermore when a new part arrived the wrong part was ordered twice. Gives BMW a bad name will not go there again. Quotes not properly explained and I suspect the service guys are instructed to be aggressive when you question their quotes.

The eccelctic, everchanging range of beautiful, amazing and ultra-rare pre-2000s cars is second to none--literally. You only have to go to their website to see what I mean. They have cars from every category, from Renault Spiders to Piaggio Apes, Porsche 356s to Lancia Delta Integrales, the list goes on... The staff are friendly and welcoming too. This is truly an automotive gem and I recommend that any car nut get there ASAP.
