I have recently been duped by a Sales agent from #audiparramatta name: withheld because of personal details rules - DM me to know the individuals name. I have reported the fraud to Police. There has been absolutely no support from the Audi Parramatta folks. Just wanted to spread the word about this specific person - so that I can warn people in case anyone else has any dealings with him or Audi Paramatta. Admin team I can share details if you want to discuss the genuineness of this post. Update: Police case registered against the individual and Fair trading complaint registered against Audi Paramatta centre read more
Like many of the dealers around Parramatta, the parking can be a nightmare. In order to drive into this place you need to negotiate a narrow alleyway and hope you don't meet another car on the way out. The salesman was very accomodating. Apart from the endless offers of coffee, time was spent looking at colours, options and at one point a car was brought down from another yard for us to look at. It is a difficult job when you don't have what the customer is after. We were very interested to buy if they could find a car that suited us and were told that there was probably only a couple of thousand in wiggle room in the costing. After getting our costing we went home and did our homework only to see that there were other dealers who had what we wanted and it was at a much reduced price. Out of courtesy, we phoned back and let them know we were going to another dealer. This is where things turned a little sour. The wiggle room turned into a gaping hole and they were up for price matching. This may suit some but did make us think that we never got their best offer up front as perhaps they thought we wouldn't check with other dealers. It felt like more of a policy exercised by this dealership rather than the salesman. read more

Audi as brand is world class, but what sets Audi Parramatta Pre-owned apart from other used-car dealers is their service. Over 3 years ago, I bought a pre-owned Audi and the service from day one till today has been nothing short of exceptional. Two experiences that have stayed with me: My partner and I decided to buy a car and went from showroom to showroom to research different models. We loved shopping at Audi the most because their cars are not locked! Which means, you can hassle free check out the cars interiors and details at leisure. The salesmen are not at all intrusive and let you browse their cars for as long as your heart desires. They do come by to enquire if they can help and to chat about their cars. Most other showrooms the salesmen drive a hard sale. Here, they know the car will sell itself. When I was cruising along the M4 towards blue mountains, for some unknown reason our Car stalled. Being under 24 Hours Roadside assist, Audi immediately sent a Towie to pick up the car and a Limousine for me to get home. That was amazing. I live over 50km's from the breakdown, but I was able to get home safe. Love Audi and their service. Parramatta is not the closest Audi centre, but the next time I upgrade my car, I am definitely going to buy from them. Great car with even greater service deserves a five star. read more

Well what do you say. I have owned in my 30 years holdens, toyotas , mazda vehicles. This time round i decided to go a little better and buy an audi q7 . After carefully researching car type model and place to buy i fell into audi parramatta. Victor the sales person name is , and let me tell you all sales people should take alot out of victors book. Classy car, classy salesperson. What didnt he know about the history of the car. What didnt he ask, and how much detail did victor put into the sale, heaps. Victor you would have to be the best salesperson i have dealt with in a very long time. I definelt 100% will recommend all persons to you and your dealer and when i am ready to change get ready for another sale champion. Thank you heaps from the Bakous family Victor. read more

Early January 2014 I finally get to buy that A5 Quattro 3.0d Sportsback which triggered my interest for some time. Audi Parramatta had relatively good prices, so it was worth the drive from Cremorne. In fact I also purchased form them a Q7 quite a few years back, and I wasn't feeling entirely unfamiliar there. I had quite a few nice cars in my life, this time I changed from a Merc, not because I didn't like it but because I wanted to experience something else. In the first instance I was surprised with the poor service, this coming from a company that beats the drums about their technology and professionalism. I might have had great expectations based on my experiences with MB, BMW and Lexus. After difficult communications and Audi not meeting the target delivery date I finally got the car. It was a demo with about 6,150 km on the clock and I got it for 75k. First thing, the service message came up - that the car is due for service. Hold on guys, you sell a (demo) car that is due for service? Or are you relying on a few hundred dollars that might come your way shortly on the top of what you got already? But something very serious happened. About five weeks after purchase (in fact yesterday 17 Feb 2014) I got a letter form RTA saying that the registration of the car EXPIRED on 28 Jan 2014 (about two weeks after purchase!) and explaining all the risks and making all the threats associated with this event. I contacted the guy who sold it to me, and asked if they made an error. He responded "asking" for a copy of the contract because "he doesn't have one". Subsequently I rang the dealer principal, who tried to explain to me that it was my mistake for not looking very carefully at the contract at the time of purchase, etc, etc. The sort of thing like when you are around thieves keep watching your pockets. But at that point in time I thought that Audi Parramatta was the kind of dealership you can trust. Obviously is not the case, as the dealer made it clear to me. Now the story is that they were supposed to provide six months of registration and CTP during the car "preparation for delivery" process, which by the way took a couple of weeks. As you know there are no more windows stickers in NSW, and I was only relying on the fact that they acted professionally and extended the registration. Since 28 Jan 2014 till 17-Feb-2014 I drove in fact an unregistered car, and I am thinking now about what could have happened if I had an accident, or??? Scary stuff. My conclusion if you like an Audi go first and drive a beemer, visit a Merc dealership, and if you are still not satisfied try to keep away from Audi Parramatta. I will send this little story to a couple of newspapers (SMH and Mosman Daily), I hope people can learn something out of it. read more
