Since owning my car for about 6 years I think I've been there twice for a service and 3 times for an MOT. I've found them to be reliable and efficient but haven't been there since I've found cheaper alternatives...apart from last year when they sent me a voucher for a free MOT. I think they wanted me back as a customer so I went and expected perhaps they might be slow because it was free - but they were very quick. I took it in and went for a wander round Avon Meads retail park - returned in an hour and they offered me a drink then 5 minutes later my car was ready.
