My 88 year old mother bought her hearing aids here several months ago. I live out of state. While…read moreback visiting I noticed she wouldn't wear a hat or put in or take off a shirt over her head for fear of losing a hearing aid. Then she lost one we found in the car. So I called to take her back to get another lesson in putting them in. Turns out she never knew how to do so properly. Now that she does know she can turn her TV down several bars. I question whoever sent her home originally. They obviously didn't check to see if she could put them in properly. It's a miracle she didn't lose one.
