I brought my Dad here after I called True hearing to get a referral because True hearing informed…read moreme this was the best audiologist in Tennessee that utilizes their services and I am ecstatic to say that it is best choice I have made in regards to my father's hearing since it first began. The staff is very helpful and courteous with the entire process. I informed them about my family's concerns with cost etc. and we were provided a list of options and price points and were not pressured at any point in the process. Because we went through True hearing we were able to get the Oticon OPN 1 hearing aid with rechargable batteries so we won't be changing out batteries all the time, and it is the best model available! The retail for these is $7k+ but since we went through true hearing it was knocked down to $4350! What was even better is they offer 12 months no interest! What is more important than the hearing aids is that this audiologist performed true ear measures. Only 30% of audiologists perform true ear measures and if she had not performed them we would have went elsewhere. I did not realize real ear measures we're more important than the hearing aids until I did some research and realized a good audiologist and real ear measures is the most important factor. Also I am adding a link to a YouTube video series that was extremely helpful in this entire process that you may find useful as well. Audiology: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLFpv2bJ8XfHh1DJTuu7F4jOU3IGqN7xnm We get the hearing aids in 2 weeks, and I will update as soon as we get the Oticon OPNs

Absolutely 5-star service from Tom Bryant and All-American Hearing Center. I'm 68 years old and…read moresuffered with hearing loss for many, many years. Years of ear infections and loud music in the 70's and 80's took a toll but I didn't realize how bad it had gotten until my husband finally had enough of me saying "what?" or ignoring him because I couldn't hear him. During the mask wearing days of Covid, I learned just how much I depended on lip reading. Tom tested my hearing a month ago and recommended hearing aids, and WHAT A DIFFERENCE THEY'VE MADE IN MY LIFE! No more missing out on conversations, struggling to hear in a restaurant, withdrawing from social events because it was difficult. Tom is so knowledgeable, helpful and patient and I feel like he gave me a big part of my life back. Cannot say enough good things about him and his company! (and no one can tell I have them because they're so inconspicuous!)

Tom was very professional and guided us through the process of choosing the hearing aids my husband needed. My husband no longer fell asleep at social gatherings and best of all, I didn't have to listen to his loud TV sounds. Tom provided excellent warranty services and took care of any problems came about. He is always easy to contact, and we never waited long for appointments. I am also taking my mother to him although we now live near Durham.

My husband and I went to WNC Audiology without doing much research about audiologists in advance…read more We were so lucky that we came to this office. The doctor is very skilled in the complexities of hearing and how to adjust hearing aids to amplify sounds and volume through our iPhones and iPads. Recognizing that our hearing needs are different, she prescribed different brands of hearing aids for each of us, rather than using a "one size fits all" approach. The office staff explained the details of the service agreements thoroughly and suggested that we return for tweaks as necessary. We recommend this audiology practice very highly.

After talking with a few friends who have hearing aids, I concluded that I should work with a…read moreprovider that has an audiologist on the staff and available (as compared to "hearing technicians" or similarly-titled staff); and that I should purchase hearing aids from a provider that will permit and encourage follow-up appointments to assess progress and address any problems. I found WNC audiology that met these criteria. Dr. Angelina and her staff are knowledgeable and have been very helpful in assisting during my process of finding hearing aids that best suit me. I have not completed the process yet, but am very satisfied with care that I have received to now. The selection of hearing aids is complicated and purchasing hearing aids is costly. I encourage folks to ask questions to figure out what is best, and affordable for them; find a good, and experienced, audiologist to guide you through the process; and do ssome homework. I will update this review when I have received the hearing aids that I have ordered.
