My dad had a need for a projector screen and Jay's services saved the day. He was friendly, easy to communicate with and extremely flexible. He is located in the NW suburbs. We picked up the screen at 9:15 on a Friday night and he allowed us to drop back off on Sunday for the contracted rate. His pricing is completely reasonable and fits the bill for any of your needs. Though we were at his home this late, he took the time to show us how to use it and went over it a second time when I asked if I could record him so we wouldn't forget the instructions. The first thing myself and others noticed was that Jimmy put a great amount of time into planning for our event, even though the video was going to be quite short. It was great to communicate with the Shot Time team frequently during the planning phase- it was apparent that they strive to create exactly what a customer is hoping for. Arriving early (in sub-zero temperature), the crew was clearly a group of professionals- making last minute adjustments, advising about camera angles/room lighting, and other aspects that we did not realize could affect the video. Everyone was impressed by the professionalism of the team and the quality of the video equipment. The event was a great success, and the final cut of the video that Shot Time created was fantastic.
