Now there's no shortage of tinting places around Ventura county and using yelp I was able to put an ad out for services. I got a few replies. Most were just one liners and a phone number, not really anything beyond what I could've gotten if I went to that business on Yelp directly. Dustin the owner of Audio Tint Lab was different. He wrote me a full on message in response to my ad explaining his services, the level of tint, his recommendations and to schedule an appointment. I ended up going over the weekend and meeting Dustin in person I knew I came to the right place. He's friendly, personable and his shop is clean, has an awesome little waiting room area if you want to hang out while his crew does the work. My car was ready in about two and a half hours and it looks great! I had two different companies in Ventura County work on my truck and then my dad had taken his to another shop in town. We had heard great things about each of these companies and chose to try each out, however, this was just the beginning of a long list of problems. After problem after problem with the other shops and refusing to fix what they damaged. We were referred to Audio Tint lab, specifically, Dustin, and were promised that he always stood by his work and willing to make things right. Both of these things are hard to find as people standing by their word is essentially unheard of now. My wife got a quote over the phone and was able to schedule an appointment next day. Her window tint looks amazing and inspired me to get a quote for my truck. Her car is new to her as of this week and after getting the tint done a sensor malfunction (what we assumed happened) this caused her to not be able to open the tailgate. Before we left we told them about this problem and Martin went above and beyond to fix the problem and after reaching out to Dustin who was off for the day to be with his family he came in anyways to help Martin fix the issue. After a short evaluation they found out it was a fuse problem replaced the fused and sent us on our way. If that is not AMAZING customer service I don't know what is. I can't recommend this shop enough, great prices, amazing quality, and proved to me again that small business who care about their customers will always prevail over big box/franchise stores! Had Ceramic Window Film applied on our 2020 Ford Super Duty. Dropped off the truck and other than the new window film, could not even tell they were in there... the truck was spotless. Impressive! We also had them apply Ceramic Window Film on our 5th Toy Hauler RV Trailer. The ceramic window film makes a definite difference in retaining heat inside when it's cold outside and keeping heat outside when it's hot outside for cars .... and even RVs. 100% worth it.
