I am overly impressed with Audio Tint Lab. I'll begin by saying that I submitted a request for service through Yelp for a car stereo install on a 2006 Toyota Avalon. My son was getting his license (yes, he passed his test this week so be careful) and I wanted him to have a hands-free Apple car play so he could stream music and answer calls with limited distractions. Dustin texted me back the same day with an actual price. All other places sent general responses to get me in the store. They would not even give me a ballpark. They did an excellent job and about a week later I received a hand written thank you note. This is unheard of in 2024. Ok so there is no other place to go for tint and audio. If i could give this spot more stars I would. I had two separate friends recommend Audio Tint Lab, owned and run by Dustin. Told me he is by far the best in the area. I do my due diligence and research the area. If you don't know, an aftermarket audio/tint business with a 5 star rating is unheard of. People like to complain, especially if something on their brand new vehicle isnt perfect. 5 stars is almost impossible and suggests that every job they do is perfect OR that they stand by their word. So far, in my experience, it is both. I have had all of my windows tinted here (ceramic) including my windshield as well as a brand new sound system. I've received multiple compliments on the tint. As for the system it would be a waste of my time trying to describe to you how outstanding it is. The truck looks untouched after install. The wiring is incredibly clean and organized. The system is crystal clear and it vibrates the air inside of the cab. Is this place the cheapest? No. But holy hell you get what you paid for. I even took my quote for the system, asked around, checked reddit and sure enough the quote was competitive and made sense. Dustin is easy to talk to, genuine, and extremely helpful. Listens to what you want, doesn't try and sell or push things on you, and goes out of his way to help. Example 1: I know nothing about tinting. I assumed when done right the tint is perfect. Like those miniscule spots that comes along with tint? (Equal to or smaller than the size of a pin head) I did not realize that no tint is perfect and there are always some tiny imperfections. A quick google search confirms this. So let me be clear, the job was done right. There wasn't a problem, I just didn't "LIKE" some spots on the windshield. What does Dustin do? Replaces it for FREE. And why? BECAUSE I DIDNT "LIKE" IT. Let that sink in. I asked him, "What if in the end I still dont like it? How much to have it removed?" And sure enough, he tells me that would be free too... Just outstanding customer service. Example 2: I have my sound systems installed 1 day before a 10 hour drive. They have ordered a JL stealthbox for my tacoma. It wont be in for a couple of weeks. Dustin decides to install and let me drive away with a loner sub just so that I can enjoy my system on my long trip and as I wait for the stealthbox to arrive. No BS. Outstanding quality. Genuine and honest employees. An experienced owner who cares about not just doing the job right, but your happiness. 1000% stands by their work. If you love your car don't make the mistake of trying to save some money and go somewhere else. Go see Dustin and enjoying knowing your ride is going to come back to you in mint condition and hooked up. I am genuinely grateful, exceedingly so, that this spot was recommended to me. For my 2012 Nissan Cube I had full ceramic tint installed (perfectly- zero imperfections) with his recommendations on different tints for the back and the driver /front seat windows .
