Audrey would go into details of explaining the benefits of how and when to best place in an offer and, thereafter, Audrey then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of us. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late night emails after midnight and going into a weekend evening telephone calls without even thinking about the time of the day. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in Audrey. Our transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time. Even subsequent to the closing, Audrey was there for us until we firmly had a grasp on the property and how to utilize same inappropriate manner. If there were more than five stars available to rate my experiences with Audrey and the Benassi Group I would do so. I can't imagine that a better team or group exists than the Benassi Group. My home sale was far from simple and yet my house was listed, properly inspected and sold without delay. The closing was done remotely because I was out of the country at the time of the closing. Negotiations were required because of some complications uncovered in the home inspection. My house has polybutylene pipes that needed to be replaced. Title trust documents were missing and since I was not able to return home, Audrey and her team went out to visit county court houses to recover needed documents. Some additional pest control was also required. Audrey worked closely with the buyer and the buyer's Agent to resolve these issues to everyone's satisfaction. I was made ready for the remote closing which was completed without incident due to the excellent preparation I received. Audrey consistently worked through every issue, challenge, and document like I was the most important client ever...
