I changed dentist to them and they kept me from pulling out four teeth. I had a different tooth that needed to be replaced with a prosthetic due to an error in judgment years ago and they did their part wonderfully. The administrative staff is wonderful and responsive to your requests. I am never kept waiting long, and they are great for scheduling. They are also better than par for dealing with insurance.

I booked consult for wisdom teeth surgery for my teenager well in advance, and was told that our insurance was accepted When we showed up to the actual appointment, we. were told that the insurance is not accepted at all and that the consult itself would cost $180 out-of-pocket when they already had all of the relevant info from the referring dentist anyway. Not only do indies that cost to be severely inflated but it came with wasted time waiting weeks plus the day of the appointment only to be told they do not accept the insurance that I was assured that they would accept This was quite disappointing to say the least. If they can't even decide which plans they accept or not then I certainly do not trust them cutting into my child's mouth I find this quite unprofessional and it gives me concern for the quality of care they offer if you even get that far

I have called the office 3 separate times to leave a message because I had no other choice and no one has called me back. Thank God for the antibiotics that my dentist prescribed. I asked my son if he was ok a couple times and that was it then today all I was doing and he wasn't being spoken to or anything nor had they started working on him yet and I reminded him to breathe through his nose as that one helps calm the nerves and 2 it was a trick another dentist taught me that works to help with the pain as he had just got done telling me how he hated the needle and was really worried about that then the assistant Tracey rudely told me to silently observe. I bit my tongue as all I was doing was calming my child during something he hated. I was silent the rest of the time until they were done then I asked for the assistants name and that was that. Then I go to schedule another appointment for my son and I'm denied treatment all for me being a parent being there for my son. That is straight up wrong on so many levels and not only that but my son has complained both times that they have hurt him. I showed up twenty minutes early to her appointment to fix the communication issue. After that was cleared up we are waiting forever to get her teeth cleaned. Everyone who showed up after us was seen before us. It was a full thirty minutes of no office staff and only one patient besides my daughter. Just because we have a low income does not mean we should be treated any different. We have Va premier insurance therefore the bill is always paid....what's the problem here? My daughter needs to back to school...not be made to wait and miss out on learning. I can't help but think they are being difficult because we missed an appointment due to them calling the wrong phone number.

At that point the hygienist said I was only allocated an hour and I could not have my teeth cleaned on that day. I came in primarily to have my teeth cleaned. She told me "You are not a good fit for this office". I decided after x-rays that I would pay for that part and leave since it was obvious that I would not be able to have my teeth cleaned.
