At that point the hygienist said I was only allocated an hour and I could not have my teeth cleaned on that day. I came in primarily to have my teeth cleaned. Said I would have to make another appt. to have teeth cleaned. I was very unhappy with the manner of hygienist. The office manager was called in and was very rude to me. She told me "You are not a good fit for this office". I decided after x-rays that I would pay for that part and leave since it was obvious that I would not be able to have my teeth cleaned. We made an appt to repair a broken tooth in an upper denture plate. We asked if it was same day…read moreservice. We were told yes--orobably within about 3 hours. When we arrived, we were told they weren't sure if ut could be repaired same day. Wasn't sure if technixian could work it in. We wxplained we came to Waynesboro Asorn Dwntal based on that assertion that denture rwpair could be done same day. They said he would have to be seen by doctor/dentist. I said fine but we need the denture repaired. Finally after about 15 minutes of back and forth and explaoning cost wasn't the issueĺ but getting it dobe same day was because of tge extensive travel we were involved - and the reason we came based on Aspen's asserton. Our appt was for 9:45- after approx 45 minutes, he was seen by ? Dentist and we were told denture could be repaired and would be ready by 4:00. Not sure why this was such an issue - the desk staff seemed quite put out when I said that it was asserted to me that it could be done same day and that's what we wanted and expected. We got through this but I can't say the experience at Waynesbiro Aspen Dental was easy or welcoming.
