I didn't see or hear from him for three weeks, so I called him. He told me he was too busy and he would call when he had time, as of Feb.10, 2026. He didn't call, so I called another door company. They came and adjusted the door. They told me I didn't need a seal, but it cost me $375.00, plus tax, and also, Monty didn't have enough tension on the spring. I took their recommendation and got a new circuit board. That wasn't the problem. They charged me $150 for incorrect 'service' and I was out the cost of the circuit board. I called about 20 times to speak with the owner about this. He never called back. In fact, the office must have somehow blocked my calls, because they never even answer anymore. Lacking in any knowledge of front gates, and NO customer service. It's a shame that the owner doesn't give a crap about his customers. Stay away from this company for gate repair.
