I didn't see or hear from him for three weeks, so I called him. He told me he was too busy and he would call when he had time, as of Feb.10, 2026. He didn't call, so I called another door company. They came and adjusted the door. They told me I didn't need a seal, but it cost me $375.00, plus tax, and also, Monty didn't have enough tension on the spring.
