Then the work started. Without saying they were here, no hello or word they were on there way. The deal was to look at the job and talk if it was a patch job or more, and what would be done. No talking, No hello, no word they were even here. They just jumped on my roof and from a nail holes leak they had a 2ft sq hole with no roof tiles left. I ran outside to talk to them but they were leaving driving down the road. I jumped on the phone to call the person I set the job up with to say "WHATS GOING ON" He said he would call them and let me know. I had many things at the time I could and did say to myself but will not get into here. Come to find out the two men that were on the job did not speak English at all. I ask the office to send a English speaking employee but Noone showed up. They completed the job and took pictures. I was not happy with the work and asked for a forman to come check the work. No one were showed. A few weeks later I got a phone call demanding to know why I had not paired. My answer was you have not sent the bill or a forman to check the work. To end this long story save yourself a headache and check around for a good business that sends English speaking employee.

The other guy said the doors were fine and they left. I let the office know of the issue and they were going to call the installers (who literally just left the driveway) to come back and check the doors. After 20 minute, I called back and spoke to David regarding the issue. He got in his feelings and proceeded to tell me how long he's been doing this and about work he's done for someone over 20 years with no complaints. He tone was rude, unsettling, and unprofessional. Well sir, you didn't install the doors or haven't seen the outcome so your experience doesn't apply to my situation. He then proceeded to say that 50 miles was too far to come out to check the doors so it would be a week out or if there's another job in the area, he would stop by. I paid too much money for bad workmanship and rude customer service. I will not be using this company for my other bathroom shower, replacement windows, or ever again!
