The pasta my daughter had was great -- lots of fresh veggies mixed in and it was her most memorable dish the entire two weeks. I had the white asparagus with a schnitzel and could not have been happier -- the asparagus and hollandaise sauce was outstanding, and the schnitzel one of the better I had all trip. The pretzel arrived early and it was delicious and I dipped it into my sweet mustard. The white sausages arrived later in a bowl of boiling hot water. I just picked it out and placed it on my plate and then threw the other sausage back into the boiling water to keep it warm. The white sausage is a very little taste with specks of green running through it. It is a "light" gentle sausage. The sauerkraut was delicious!
