Best breakfast in San Jose Del Cabo!…read more It was walking distance from our hotel, (hotel el ganzo) maybe a five minute walk. We ate here two of the four days that we were here for breakfast and it was by far our favorite breakfast spot! It's a walk up with seating outdoors, but there's a cover and here in San Jose Del Cabo. The mornings are incredibly pleasant. It's a perfect way to start a day. Very friendly staff and a beautiful view, with even better food. My wife had eggs and hotcakes and loved them. She like the Pankake so much. She just had them on Monday. I had Huevos rancheros on Saturday and a ham omelette on Monday ... yummmmmm!!! So much to love... Real cream made the coffee delicious. The tortillas were the best I've had not just here but anywhere ! Homemade, hot and with a little Butter oh my God! Oh Also, the orange juice is freshly squeezed!!! incredible !!!! Prices are incredibly reasonable in the service was impeccable ! Do yourself a favor and check them out !

The Burros de la Casa were excellent, great tortillas, and a really good salsa picante too! The lady was very friendly. Went back for coffees the next day but didn't get breakfast.

We started with the morel ravioli appetizer, which was fantastic and very well-executed. They were nice enough to plate them individually so it was easier to share. The bread service was amazing (don't skip it), and the potato amuse-bouche was such a thoughtful and delicious way to start the meal. I had the octopus, which was cooked perfectly -- tender with a great char -- but honestly, the bone marrow carpaccio that accompanied it was the star of the plate. It added so much richness and depth of flavor that we found ourselves wishing there had been even more of it. My wife ordered the totoaba, and it was excellent. The fish was delicate and perfectly prepared, but the caper sauce absolutely made the dish -- bright, balanced, and packed with flavor. Service throughout the evening was polished, attentive, and warm without being overbearing. To top it off, they surprised my wife with a special birthday presentation featuring a fruit sorbet, which was such a classy and thoughtful touch. It really elevated the entire experience. Overall, this is a true special-occasion spot in Cabo. Beautiful atmosphere, refined cuisine, and top-notch service. We'll absolutely be back.

The menu is an elegant blend of Mexican and French cuisine, and once again, it did not disappoint. I started with a very smooth Patrón martini. For appetizers, we ordered the tuna tartare and the morels, and for our mains, we had the red snapper and the totoaba. We skipped dessert, but since it was my birthday, they surprised me with a stunning presentation of coffee macarons (see photo). As always, every dish looked like a piece of art, and the live saxophone in the background added the perfect touch to the evening. Will we be back? Absolutely. Thank you for another wonderful night, Café des Artistes.
