When I began asking my question, her response was, "Do you know who I am? I am the director, and I don't answer questions." I was genuinely surprised by that response. I wasn't asking for special treatment--just a brief answer to a straightforward question. The interaction came across as dismissive and unprofessional, so I ended the call. Hoping it was a misunderstanding, I contacted the main office. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with defended the interaction by repeatedly emphasizing that Pam was the Executive Director, as though that excused the way I had been treated. A job title should never be a reason to speak disrespectfully to someone. My concern is not about anyone's position or authority. It's about basic courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Every person who contacts an office deserves to be treated with dignity, whether they are a current client, a prospective client, or simply someone seeking information. Based on my experience, the customer service I received fell well below what I would expect from an organization serving the public. I hope leadership reviews how inquiries are handled and takes steps to improve the professionalism and respect shown to people who reach out for assistance. I do feel bad for Carol in the office, who appears to be caught in the middle of these situations and has to deal with the consequences of this kind of leadership and customer service. I intend to take this matter as far as I can through the appropriate channels because I believe the way I was treated is unacceptable. My hope is that the organization's leadership will review this incident seriously and hold those in positions of authority accountable. No one, regardless of their title, should treat people with disrespect or believe they are above providing basic courtesy and professionalism.

Gulf Coast CDL Training -- Englewood, FL Life-Changing…read moreDoesn't Even Begin to Cover It I came to Gulf Coast CDL Training with absolutely zero experience -- not even sure I belonged there -- and I left with my CDL, a new career, and honestly, a new family. That is not something I ever expected to say about a truck driving school, but that's exactly the kind of place this is. Konstantin here is unlike anyone I have ever met! The time, the dedication, and the personal sacrifice he pours into his students every single day is something that truly deserves to be recognized. He shows up early. He stays late. He gives up weekends -- his own personal time -- because he genuinely cares about every single person who walks through that door. You can feel it. It's not just a job to him. It's a calling. And because of that, it changes everything about the experience. I'll be honest -- those early mornings and long afternoons were no joke. The weekends were tough. But there was something special that happened in all of that time we put in together. The students around me became brothers and sisters. We pushed each other, laughed together, struggled together, and cheered each other on every step of the way. The bond that formed in that training environment is something I will carry with me for the rest of my career. That kind of camaraderie doesn't just happen by accident -- it's a direct reflection of the atmosphere the instructor creates each and every day. For someone with no background in commercial driving whatsoever, I was nervous walking in. But from day one, he and every student there made me feel completely welcome and capable. There was never a moment where I felt like I was behind or out of place. He meets you where you are, builds you up, and doesn't let you quit on yourself. I genuinely cannot imagine having gone anywhere else. He feels like family now -- and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. My family and I are forever grateful for everything he has done. He didn't just teach me how to drive a truck. He changed my life. He changed our lives. Thank you. Truly. From all of us -- thank you.

Konstantin, the owner, operator and instructor has a vast knowledge of the trucking industry with real world experience. He was very accommodating with scheduling and daily communication. His training approach is very easy to understand and patience is outstanding. His one on one approach, as well as group discussions, is very informative and educational. I highly recommend this school to anybody that wants to get into the trucking industry. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Konstantin and Gulf Coast CDL Training! Charles Hilton
