Jim was very laid back and this course would have been fun had it not been for the female instructor named Missy. I found her to be very abrasive, arrogant and condescending. And after talking to other students afterward, it wasn't just me that felt this way. The course was very thorough and I did learn a lot, in spite of the yelling and belittling from Missy. I might also recommend waiting for a cooler season to take the course if you're not in a hurry, as it gets brutally hot on the asphalt parking lot.

From the receptionist at the front desk, to Adam and on up to his instructors, I could not possibly be more pleased with the treatment I've received. I have been treated with great care, compassion, patience and understanding. My time of being followed up in the clinic is nearly at an end, and I'm going to miss all of those lovely people very much. Adam, I have no doubt, will do extremely well in the practice of dentistry once he graduates in another year due to his caring and compassionate personality. He, as well as various other staff members, have frequently gone above and beyond what was required in order to insure that I received the highest quality treatment. I will forever be grateful to all of the fine people I encountered at the dental school. If it's speedy service you're looking for, this is definitely not the place for you. However, you need to keep in mind that LECOM is a teaching facility and, while it will definitely take longer for a service to be performed than in a private practice, you can rest assured that the quality of the finished product will be beyond reproach. I wouldn't hesitate a single moment to recommend this fine facility to anyone. Not only will you receive excellent care, but it will be done at a fraction of the cost you would pay in a private dental office. I feel blessed to have met up with all of the fine folks at LECOM Dental School. One final brief statement, and that is that I don't recall ever having had the experience before of entering such a consistently scrupulously clean, bright and glistening building.
