Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The staff were rude and unaccommodating regarding our pet. We were simply asking for assistance so we could dine comfortably, but instead, we were told to eat outside and were even suggested to go to other restaurants. This was unexpected and honestly quite disheartening. On top of that, the food itself did not meet our expectations. The steak was still bloody and not cooked to a proper medium rare--it was extremely chewy and difficult to eat. Additionally, the food was already cold when it was served, which made the overall experience even worse. Overall, what should have been an enjoyable first visit turned into a very unpleasant one due to both poor service and subpar food quality.

We opted to have the set meals rather than ordering one by one. It comes out affordable and shareable. The food was tasty and cooked to our liking but portions are not generous enough. I wouldn't recommend the set meals for a group of adults. Customer service needs a lot of improvement as well. It wasn't busy and they are nowhere near. I have to stand up a couple of times to look for them.
