Ordered both beef and goat kilawen (rare to medium rare cuts of meat marinated in vinegar and spices), grilled pork belly, and dinakdakan ( local cuisine with pork marinated in spices with a bit of cooked pig brains and a little mayo). All orders came with unlimited beef broth, and large cups or rice. All the food we ordered reminded us of what we had as kids. The adults daring us to try them due to the ingredients and preparation. The food was really good, with really delicious flavors... The beef broth was delicious but needed a little salt, the kilawen we ordered were all good but better with a little soy sauce, calamansi (Philippine lime), and very spicy sibling labuyo (chili peppers). The dinakdakan very flavorful. And grilled pork belly in cooked blood dipping sauce. No complaints here as I enjoyed it so much. Prices were very reasonable. And they should have cut the beef ribs into smaller pieces instead of two gigantic ribs in the dish, which made it a struggle to divide.
