He definitely isn't a fan of being groomed at home but loves being with Catherine and Susie and always comes out looking handsome and chilled. They are both really lovely and do a great job of listening to what I would like, giving advice and taking brilliant care of Rowan whilst grooming him. Or they can pop in and feed your cat / fish / budgie while your on holiday or you can take your pet to them for the whole time. The staff are really friendly and clearly love animals, I guess they wouldn't bother doing the job if they didn't. Prices seem quite reasonable, when you have a dog I think you'd be happy to pay to know they are being well looked after while you go and sun yourself.
