And they did their best to make sure I was comfortable by offering me water or coffee, Internet, etc. they were friendly and chatty. They were proud of their work and took time to make sure I was satisfied. they had no hidden fees and only charged me exactly what they quoted me. They didn't even ask for a tip like most places do these days. I will use them again.

I have a…read more2023 392 Rubicon with only 18,000 miles and had always stored it in my garage and always used touch-less car wash. I needed it to be cleaned since I had coolant leak smell in my engine and I thought why not get the exterior cleaned too. Bad idea. There were scratches on my car, trimming on my vehicle melted and was somehow pulled from its original place. I brought it to a third party collision center to assess the damages and I was told there were chemical burns on my car and rotational scratches from not using the correct buffer. Total estimate is $5,500 in damages! I specifically asked Shammeriffic if they wash and shine the vehicle by hand and they said yes, well that wasn't true. They wanted me to bring my car back in so they can "fix" the problem, but why would I bring my vehicle in if they caused the damage. Please do yourself a favor and read all reviews, not just the 5 stars.

At that time, I was informed I would need to pay an additional $50 due to having an "oversize vehicle." I wasn't happy about the added charge for a standard SUV, but begrudgingly paid it. When I picked up my vehicle, It was getting dark, and I gave everything a quick once over before leaving. The tires were shiny, the exterior was clean, the windows were clean, and the inside smelled strongly of carpet shampooing. It all looked OK at a quick glance. The next day, when I got to see the car in the light, I realized no interior detailing had been done. Everything had only been given a very quick once over. My floor mats were moved to my trunk, and were not cleaned at all. None of the vents, cup holders, storage, trim, etc were touched. The dust and grime I was hoping to see gone from the detail was all still there. Glad I didn't pay full price, because I would not recommend this place. I got the sense they are not very happy about issuing the Groupons, and the service reflected that.

He even fixed scratches from a sideswipe awhile ago to where it' was hardly noticeable. I was so Impressed I had to bring in my Acura as well.
