I took my car to Excalibur Detail for a little TLC, and let me tell you, it's like they waved a magic wand and made it look brand spanking new. I got a full interior and exterior detail, topped off with the dazzling Fireball Ceramic Coating. I didn't even realize my bumper had a reflection until today. It's so pretty, like it's been sprinkled with fairy dust and sparkles like glitter in the sunlight! Now, when I cruise down the highway my car turns into a silver bullet. I'm convinced I'm blinding people with its mirror like reflection. People had better start investing in sunglasses because this car might just burn their retinas! I tried taking pictures of my car and I could barely handle the sun glaring back at me. You can practically see my entire neighborhood in the reflection! But the real Wizards of the show are Taylor and Jazz. These two are the heroes of this car detailing adventure, and they're as wonderful as they come. These two are more wonderful and amazing than a unicorn running on a double rainbow at sunset. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I'd known them forever - they treat you like family, and their enthusiasm for making your car look its best is infectious. When speaking to the person up front, he was chill and relaxed. He was helpful with the decision making process on the percentage of tint I wanted which I appreciated. We then agreed on a percentage and my car began to get serviced. The service took about an hour or two which is normal. Once the service was complete, I got back in my car and noticed a big splash of liquid near the inside front of my driver side door window. There were other parts within the car that also had drip stains, but this one was the most noticeable. These were dried up stains on the car which made me feel like the cleanup of the vehicle was not taken care of properly. Additionally, I recently found a bottle of the window glass cleaner underneath one of my seats which was very surprising to see. While it can be viewed as a good thing, with the weather being as hot as it was, it made me worried about the product and if that could've caused any damage under my seats. The tinting was fantastic. And they did their best to make sure I was comfortable by offering me water or coffee, Internet, etc. they were friendly and chatty. Paid for vehicle detail. Had to get home and fixes most of it. Were supposed to condition leather and they wiped down the front and left the rest amoral type splatter dots all over things inside and outside had water spots, part of tires and trim were wiped and part not, running boards not even touched and chrome grill not really even cleaned with stuck on bugs still and like they didn't touch it. It was late on a Friday, they were closing and I needed to get somewhere or would have made them fix it. Honestly should not have to even have as obvious as this stuff was.
