The staff and doctors are really great and friendly. The building is ran down and definitely needs updating. It doesn't seem busy so appointments are quick to get in. I gave it a 2 star due to the updating that needs to be taken care of. All types of care provided here. read more

Drs and front staff are great. However, some of the people on the phone, like Windy and Iesha are extremely rude. Yelling at me, they literally should work someplace else other than talking to patients. HORRIBLE. You two need to drop the attitude. Felt literally like the 2 of them wanted to fight me in the parking lot. Get some class ladies. read more

We saw Dr. Zimmer at the Good Hope Road Aurora location for a well visit to establish care with my 2-year old. I was told upon check in that our insurance was out-of-network, and I told the receptionist that I didn't want to proceed with the visit. She called her manager over, they entered a few more things into the computer, and then confidently assured me that the appointment would be in-network. Later received a $530 bill from Aurora. I called the customer service line and was told it was my fault that I didn't further question the receptionist's manager. Really disappointed in the customer service here, from the beginning of the visit to the billing experience, and I would not recommend receiving care here unless you're very confident in your network coverage. read more

They literally wouldn't let me visit the Urgent Care. I'm sure there is a law against that. I called that day and asked if I could get a flu shot. They told me I could come in anytime and my insurance should cover it so I took off work early to go there. The pharmacy wouldn't give me the flu shot and directed me to the urgent care. The receptionist refused to let me enter the Urgent Care because she claimed that they would not give me one either. I offered to pay in cash and they said that wasn't allowed, but I suspect they just didn't know how. Bottom line is that if they can't get something that simple correct you probably shouldn't put yourself at risk by going there. read more

This facility is conveniently accessible via bus (Green Line) and a short walk from a Water and Pleasant. It has ample parking as well. Staff was nice and courteous. The waiting area has plenty of seats and magazines. There is an Aurora Pharmacy on location as well. They have x-ray and mammogram facilities. I did go for x-rays as pertaining to my visit to a specialist. The overall experience was good and I found this location to be pleasant and welcoming. read more

I think it would be a added plus benefit to Aurora if there was a greeter in this facility to greet patients when they arrive for their appointments. It would be great if patients could call the greeter if they needed assistance from their car to get into the office/clinic to see their doctor or Lab appointments. Many patients often don't have a family member, caretaker or friend to assist them on their appointments. read more

I've been seeing my doctor at this Aurora location for the last couple of years and I like it as it is very convenient to my neighborhood. The desk staff is friendly, it is never too crowded and they have a pharmacy in the lobby if you need a prescription filled. They just need some bike racks outside! Plenty of room in the parking lot for anyone who prefers four wheels. read more

terrible experience. i called to set up an appointment and was told it was a walk-in clinic. nothing else was said over the phone. i had to uber there because my boyfriend is extremely sick and i can't drive just to be told it was gonna be a 5 hour wait. that should've been the first fucking thing she said over the phone when i called. read more

I had two awful experiences at this location (family practice). I was over billed twice. My doctor pushed a prescription despite me saying that I didn't want one and said, "just take it, just take it." Wow, some doctor! LOL What a joke. I left disappointment and I will never go back to this clinic. At Froedtert, I have had exceptional care, much cheaper rates and error free billing every time. read more
