Claudette the Secretary was no longer there and that made a huge difference. I had a very difficult time making an appointment. No one would call me back. Then, I went in for an appointment and they didn't have me down to get a new vial made up which was the reason I was there. Luckily, I brought it up and Dr. Dyer was able to ask. I waited 4 weeks with no call as I was told they vial would be made that next week. I called and left a message and waited... A got a call about a week later saying they didn't have the ingredients for my vial that it would be a wait. So, I waited for another month and then called them back again. No call back. I called again and got a call back that the secetary had called and left a message with me and couldn't get a hold of me that my vial was ready. I never had an messages from them. I got in fairly quickly but by this point I had to start back at a lower dose because it had been over 2 months since my last shot. They told me they would send my shots to my primary care physician office as they were going that way. I said great!! I go for my shot and the vial isn't there. They sent it to the wrong place. Now, I have to go and get my shots at this location and bring them to my doctors office and get another appointment. A simple confirmation of where it was going would of solved the issue. They have all my records so I assumed they knew where I got all my shots. It has been issues like this that make me miss the old staff that this wouldn't have happened and Claudette who would of got back to me within a day.

He was able to treat me and make my life much, much better. I was in a lot of pain for far to many years and I was too young to have to suffer for the rest of my life with this discomfort yet didn't know where to turn. After a few years of having in office treatments and I would see results that would only last 3 or 4 months (which Dr. Gilis told me would happe) I told Dr. Gillis I was wanted to have surgery. Dr. Gillis had agreed that it was the best option at this time. I knew the benefits would be life changing and lasting. Throught the prep both himself and his staff were amazing.. I have never seen such caring and compassionate people. They truly want to make sure you are taken care of and that you feel better! Your not a number here. In a lot of medicine you have become a number and not a person but at Dr. Gillis's office they still believe in the old school way of taking care of patients. You feel like you are family there. You are never rushed and you can always get a hold of someone if you have an emergency or question. I've seen doctors for my issues had MRI's done, X-rays, prescribed pain medication offered surgery. Without getting into to many details of this journey and how everyone said to avoid Chiropractors and me finally saying screw it, I decided to try it. I have had 3 sessions with Dr. Saulter.. 3. I can't emphasize this enough, just 3. I have been pain free ever since. About 4 years later no pain. No nagging ailments no "I'm a little stiff this morning," no pain whatsoever. I almost want to go back for an appointment, pay the just to shake his hand. I want to be clear too, I'm not nice to my back. I work as a full time firefighter/paramedic. It's back breaking even when there aren't 400lbs people to lift or fires that last hours on end wether it be training or more training. I can't thank him enough!
