Brian understands how to take preventative measures when it comes to sports as he is an athlete himself. He has done the iron man, triathlons and marathons so he gave me great tips on how to prevent injury to my upcoming marathon run. I had originally gone in because I had sharp pains shooting down my neck and into my back. I was able to walk out being able to turn my neck without any pain. And I've been to chiropractors before but have always been suspicious of their efficacy. Anyways, I saw Dr. Town at Westhill and after a short assessment, he adjusted my back. My attention was not really on my back after the adjustment until the Dr. asked me how I felt? That's when I realized that the tightness (which I thought was in the muscles down my back....Rhombus??) was gone! As I said, I have never had such immediate results before and was in dis-belief after the treatment. Dr. Town said that the relief would be back by next morning and a return visit would be necessary to continue to loosen up my back.
