I went to pick up an order at 11:20 on a Friday and they were closed. Since hours weren't posted on the door, I called the number where the hours were confirmed then chose to go to voice mail. Naturally, the mailbox was full and I was disconnected. I'm afraid they rely on the return services of the schools and their athletic programs and don't have to put much thought or effort into new orders. Very disappointing.
