They are what you would call a big box retailer, so they have a huge range of products, and they sell them at pretty good prices. They are sort of an in between store, they carry a lot larger range of products say than Big W or K Mart. But probably not as specialised as a specialist parts place. Also they sell a range of their own tools which are good, and especially if you can get them on sale which they do regularly. This store is good, but I find that there are 2 issues that could improve things, 1. There are a lot of shelves with stuff missing, they have sold out and not replaced the items, which is frustrating if you have driven out of your way to visit the store. 2. The service is ok, when you chase after one of the staff members they are good at helping you but you sort of need to distract them away from the busy work they are doing reshuffling the signs etc, the frustrating thing is that a lot of the items you want to look at are locked away, or need some assistance. Top tip would be to join the SCA club, and you get some discounts, and also an email with deals etc.

When I went to get works quoted Anthony noticed that I had kids (due to car seats in…read morethe back) and he was trying to work out best schedule for repairs so that I could still use my car overnight. He even dropped my kids and I off near the train station after dropping my car off for repairs! In the end I worked out a way to just leave my car with them but was totally impressed that he'd even consider me taking the car back home each night. Not only that, he was the only repairer that was able to fit complete repairs in less than a week. Others quoted a week plus! The work itself was immaculate. We had a couple of panels and rims repairs and there is no way you can tell that the car had prior damage. Thanks Cullens team!

They always seem to make time to service my car, they are attentive to what I need fixed or checked & they are very reasonably priced for the work that they do. T & M have organised all my paper work & check ups since I've had my Toyota Yaris and I won't be taking my car to anybody else. They have extensive experience as mechanics and there isn't much that they haven't seen or fixed in their time. They were even able to fit a reconditioned engine into my old Corolla within days of it breaking down. Not only are they very well priced, the team there work very quickly. Rarely do I have to wait more than a day or two to get my car back, in fact I usually have it back the day of. Not only that, I have dropped my car in from time to time over the past 5 years and everything I have needed done has been completed. I take my car in regularly for a service and oil filter change and it only costs about $60 - which is a fantastic price. They advertise that they would beat any quote and you'll probably find that they wouldn't need to. Their marketing ploy of keeping prices down really works and their customer service permits for returning customers. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else with my vehicle now that I have found Ashraf - I leave my car there jump on a train and return by train to collect when it is ready, how much better can it get?
