Had my MacBook screen replaced 4 times as they kept replacing it with faulty screens. Then they…read morereplaced it with a screen with a dead pixel but the right speaker and Touch ID stopped working. I asked for a refund as I didn't trust them to try fixing my laptop again. Was offered a broken screen and a full refund or kept my current screen with a dead pixel and receive a half refund ($300). They had my laptop for 3 weeks. Also hard to get in contact with technicians as they work out of gepps cross not the city.

When he arrived he noted that there was an antenna but it wasn't working. After a lot of investigation, he figured out that the foxtel installers had drilled through the original antenna cable. He adjusted his quote and started the work. It proved to be very problematic. He stuck with it and some three hours later had delivered the required result. He then still only charged the adjusted quote which was very good value given the unforeseen problems he experienced. Would certainly recommend.

They have also offered helpful advice over the phone when I have rung them. As I live 90Km from Adelaide this has saved me driving there only to find that one simple piece of information has solved my problem.
