Over the last two days, Blue Mouse and Kurt more specifically have gone so far above and beyond to assist us that it's really staggering. They have made deals with manufacturers on our behalf, called all over the place, and were on to us as soon as they had information. And this is without any possibility of making a sale. This was in the critical (to me) relationship of after sales support. Having been the technical service manager for a global communications company in a prior job, I recognize how important this relationship can be both to the business but more importantly to the customer.
