He didn't do the work he told me he was going to start doing for the 1000 down deposit. It was wire and insulation he already had that he brought back from his dad house that he was going to use he didn't even take an hour. he kept put me on the back burner to go do other jobs telling me they paying him a lot of money and when he get back he was going to get back starting in my building He kept lying to me time after time. He now was worried about BBB so he ask for materials back and not to dispute he paid 250 I made him cash app first before giving it to him. I went back June 19 2026 he was suppose to give me 710.00 I ask what happen to my 1000 deposit I give to him to start the job. Phillp told me it's in his acct. So I said just give me all my money the same way I give to you. He told me he can't he can Cash app me 250.00 again. He also told me and the following week he'll give me another 250.00 so it would of leave one more payment to give me. He knew I was coming back that Friday he avoided I ask in request for the other 250.00 he declined me and told me he don't have it. so I cash app a request 460.00 to finish this mess with him he didn't respond back he running a game trying to scam me and keep my $460. I also have pics of everything. He's a scammer. He said he would take care of me and just give me estimates and he put my 1000 deposit down to start the electrical insulation and sheetrock that never was done only hung wires down and left it like that he also said he was doing like a estimate because he didn't want the office to question in about my contract with him. I did not sign no contract with Philp Istre . I was gonna pay the work when he was going to pay as he show some progress with the installation in and the sheetrock up then I was going to give them $250 every month till I finish paying for that job. he tricked me lied to me and scam me and trying to run off with my $460 cash.
