I have a manufactured home that I called this company to level it and they came out and did the…read morejob. Had to call them back because it was worse than before. Doors not closing and have gaps in frame and doors. After their so called leveling the second time it was really bad. I could not believe how they were doing this job, Three guys one inside the house and 2 under the house. The one inside had a 5 foot level that he used to check the floor. If a certain area was not level he would hit the end of the level on the floor one hit for one click and 2 hits for 2 clicks and so on. Still not level called him back and he checked it with the TRUSTY 5 foot level again and he said that it was level. I said that it wasn't level and that this was the first time I ever had a problem leveling. So his response was I can put it back like it was if you want to. I told him it was off before that's why we had called him. So I went underneath the house and I have some of the blocks that are not even touching the house. So I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM. $1200.00 for 2hrs of so called work and still not level. I'm going to get a professional house leveler that will use professional tools like a digital set that levels the iron frame that the house is built on NOT THE FLOOR WITH A FIVE FOOT LEVEL. Do not waste your money. I do not recommend this company.
