KC paid attention to my skill level and made sure I felt comfortable. She assisted me and offered an alternate pose when I needed it. Unfortunately, I did not reach the deep theta state required for a valid QHHT session. Rather than confirming my hypnotic depth, I was encouraged to say whatever came to mind about what I "saw," which led to responses that did not feel genuine. Prior to the session, I had explained that my main purpose was healing and that I have difficulty with guided meditation. Knowing this, I expected more care in assessing whether the session was actually working. Lori stayed focused on her QHHT script. No healing occurred, even though I stated some healing would, the overall experience did not feel legitimate to me. When I reached out afterward to discuss my concerns and request a refund, I was told there were no guarantees and that a lawyer would be consulted. Dali knew exactly what she was doing and was comfortable the entire time. A lymphatic massage should not hurt, it's pretty light pressure and I wouldn't consider it a massage. Yes things are happening but it's not super pleasurable like a Swedish massage just so you know what to expect. The office was super cute, there is a little shop in the lobby with crystals and such which I had to check out as well. I've actually bought a few things from the crystal shop in the past but this was my first visit in for Dali.
