My account was charged a late fee and even though management admitted fault by pulling up the phone records, they still refused to waive the fee. I eventually closed my account with them. Ashley was the employee I spoke with who did not mention anything about an outstanding balance. She told me that my account has been terminated and have a great day! I later on find out that I havea balance.. I e-mailed Ashley who stated 'That is an outstanding balance that was due for the time prior to when it was cancelled. I have attached the bill for that.' Wouldn't this be something that should be mentioned at the TIME OF CANCELLATION? Before I could even take care of the outstanding balance they send it to collections. No phone call, no e-mail, nothing.. Had I not checked my app I would not have known about this balance. Horrible customer service and very dishonest.
