They said they would refund my money immediately. They didnt. And now they are ghosting my calls and texts and nobody is getting back to me. Turns out I looked deeper into they have scammed several people. They are representing Georgetown as their "local limo" service. When I finally get to talk to him, he tells me that they don't refund the money but that he would talk to his manager who won't be in the office until next week and then they would return my call. No phone at all and we are already in January and I went on the website and nowhere does it say anything about no refund on cancellation. I can't believe this company literally took my money and did not even give me any service I got scammed big time.
