Plus, they came to our door to let us know they were done and to check to see if we were satisfied. We are so happy not only with the timeliness and customer service, but also with the quality of their work as well. After no contractor accepted the job working through our insurance and warranty companies, I finally reached out to Mr. Owen who had done some roofing repairs for us in 2023 after a hurricane. Mr. Owen answered immediately and was on-site within 30 minutes. He walked the roof, found three small holes, and patched them.
