He wouldn't serve me no matter what, when in the time he was talking to me, he could've literally scanned my items and we're done. There are 2 machines which help you skip the queues. I find the queue in this one moves quite quickly even in peak hour. I rate this one 2 thumbs up.

That being said I have been to this post office a number of times and I am always impressed with the quality of service that is at this outlet. The staff here are fantastic. Not only are they friendly and polite, but also they are also truly helpful and on several occasions they have assisted me in endless discussions about passports, visa deliveries and general knowledge of posting letters (like I said before, I am mostly an electronic mail person). I had to lodge a passport application earlier in the year, and I was flawed by the efficient process with which they assessed my application and sent it off. This is a location that is run smoothly and with genuine warmth. While I only come here a couple of times a year, I have always found the service to be consistently good.

If you are collecting an item make sure to follow the signs to the side counter as the queue for the main counter can be quite long and they will only redirect you there anyway.
