They loaded several pieces of large and heavy furniture and wrapped it in moving blankets so that all of it arrived in great condition. Russ and his helper (sorry I forget his name) were great at following instructions on which items to prioritize getting on the truck after it became clear that it wouldn't all fit. I was moving my elderly…read morebrother from Denver Colorado to Ft Mill South Carolina and needed help unloading on arrive in SC. this time. I was in contact with them on any changes and everything was set for 9:00 on Tuesday morning. Truck came in on a Monday afternoon and arrived at 9:00 Tuesday. But no Junk Hunks. I received a message that they would be there between 11 and 12:45. And I told them we needed to start and to call me before coming to see if we still needed them. We of course my son unloaded the whole truck by himself. I believe I should have received an apology and my deposit back. Not a happy customer and I will never use them again or suggest anyone use them. ​
