Trash he really messed up my downstairs floors. Garage floors was supposed to be smooth and polished they cracked up next day. Installed floors he did not know how to cut quater round wood filler everywhere his team walked out on him with the job unfinished. He had no idea what he was doing floor falling apart. After driving 2000 miles from Phoenix to Charlotte with two cats, a dog, a bird, a bearded dragon, and a trunk full of stuff, my SUV was filthy. I can't rate the quality of the work because they never showed for an estimate. I had one scheduled and waited an hour to call them. The person who answered the phone said they were busy. I explained I understood getting busy but not communicating is not acceptable. A simple phone call to me would have made all the difference. But just blowing me off does not work. I then explained the rest of the day for me was booked but said I would be available over the next hour, which would have been between noon and 1. He said ok, I can have someone there at 4:30. So if you are willing to work with a contractor who doesn't keep appointments and doesn't know how to communicate I guess you could give them a call. But for me there are way to many landscape contractors in Charlotte for me to take the chance. read more

Quick response, decent price range for full detail services. Perhaps I missed the memo, but I thought this was a mobile detailing service that would come to me. While I did receive a quick response with a quote range and follow-up to confirm whether cash or card was accepted, no one called beforehand or showed up at the agreed upon scheduled time to perform the service. I was extremely disappointed and will have to look elsewhere for a detail. I had high hopes for this vendor but should have suspected that things wouldn't pan out when I did not receive a confirmation e-mail that they were coming the day before the appointment. I would have understood if something came up and the party couldn't make it, but the professional thing to do would be call the customer or at the very least send a message. There are too many ways to communicate and this should not have happened. 9/8/20 - I was contacted by the owner in writing as well as by phone pursuant to post. Unfortunately, it was communicated that there was an emergency that occurred soon before my job, which prohibited the work being done on my vehicle. The owner was very polite, gracious and wanted to see if I got the help I needed. He took the time to fully explain what happened. I am big on customer service whether the vendor is small or large. Service is extremely important, especially during challenging times such as now where resources are not as readily available as they were in the past. I appreciate the follow/up correspondence, although I ended up locating another vendor earlier yesterday evening. As luck would have it, I was rear-ended on the route while trying to get to the other vendor - which is a whole different story! I am glad the owner reached out to me and it made a difference. I wish much success for this business. If the photos posted are any indication of the quality of work, the future is promising.
