Once arrived, I walked in the store and within 6 steps into the store, I was greeted and asked " can I help you". I told them what I wanted and paid for it. OMG...Let me tell you about the manager at Autozone.....I was having trouble purchasing a battery…read morefor two days because I was using a buy now pay later app. The first day I went to Walmart and stayed over 2 hours trying to convert the apps virtual card into Walmart Pay. Each time I attempted to make the purchase a fraud alert prevented it from going through. No one in the automotive area tried to help.....Walmart needs workers who know how to treat customers. Anyway, I returned to Walmart today - still had the same problem. I went to Autozone and tried to purchase the battery there. Problem- I had only a small amount of remaining on my virtual card. ....I was frustrated because the battery was more than my limit......I became FRUSTRATED. The Walmart manager saw it and decided to help me..... she was wonderful and she helped when no one else would. I don't know her name, but I'm so thankful and greatful to her.
