I finally got the owner with (whom I dropped the batteries off too) last month, and he said they weren't any good and they got rid of them. I found another store that I could buy new batteries for a better price and called them back to come pick up any 4 batteries so I could get a $30 core charge a piece towards the new batteries. All I wanted was to get what I had dropped off to Trailer Store. The owner yelled and me and said "I am done dealing with you, come get your charger", and then hung up on me. Mind you, I was not acting upset with him when he began being so rude. I really didn't have time to get upset about him refusing to give me 4 batteries before he yelled and hung up. If the owner's act like this towards a manager with a large local company, I can only imagine how they treat the general public. I can say they will no longer get any business from our company. They never communicated to us on the progress and that the car needed to go back to dealer for a programming plus the extra cost of car. Once they said car was ready took off work to pick it up ended up not being ready and wasted a day on them when car was not ready. I had to get an hotel due to the fact we do not live in area. Car was picked up today which they had for a month. We barely made it back home when car stated to go out on us. Do not take your car to this place, bad business father and son.
