Should have read reviews, to sum it up terrible communication, never got a quote, installed things without asking, took 16/17 days without a single text back (after asking), left a mess, over charged, and worst of all didnt even fix or do anything involving the main issue i asked for reason for even taking the car. I went in to have a radio installed. I called into work late since they are very strict, and had to find someone to drop me off later that day as well. It's a big inconvenience to do this. They had told me they can install my radio on Thursday, so I made sure to make arrangements to be able to go that day. I went before 9am and they told me they can't but if I want I can leave and maybe they can do it the next day. I don't know what the point was to call a week before to make sure it can be done a certain day. I don't have the liberty to rearrange and have someone take me and pick me up instantly. You have to be honest to your customers. I couldn't leave the vehicle another day either since I use it during the day. read more

Brought my truck yesterday to have an OEM radio replaced. I was told would take 1 to 1.5 hours. Dropped the truck off today before they opened at 8:30A. At this time I was told that they were unsure how long it would take but being that I was the first one there they would take care of it. Went by 5.5 hours later only to find my untouched truck, "all our stalls are full". They weren't full at 8:30. I've had work done here before and was happy with work and price. I'll go elsewhere. read more

I bought a new vehicle and took it here to get some tint installed. While waiting for my vehicle a customer walks in and looks at my vehicle in the bay that is being tinted and proceeds to walk into the work bay and Look inside my vehicle as if it's his. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if they let just anyone back there and snoop through other customers vehicles. He responded that the customer was one of their oldest customers... and I responded I don't care... it's my vehicle not yours. A lady from the other office responds... he saw you buying yesterday. I responded it doesn't matter it's my vehicle And it's not right. The "We are sorry" is supposed to fix that? So just be advised that your vehicle and belongings are pretty much available for snoopers. I'm a return customer too and I didn't go snooping others peoples vehicles. read more

Brought vehicle to have window tint done... window tint guy has no sense of considerstion for others when it comes to time. He was the tint guy, phone answering service person, and show room person. Really?! Really?! This business is poorly managed. Employees talking about person affairs and clients sitting waiting on them... really?! I will never come back to this unprofessional mismanaged shop. read more
