The reason I'm leaving a bad review is, today's staff was so rude and incompetent they honestly should be fired. Here's the story. I came in at 5 and asked the owner if he had time for one more car cause they were closing soon and he said he did. He also accepted another vehicle right after mine. I paid $17 for a wash and vacuum job which isn't a bad deal. One of the staff members told me my car was ready so I go out to check it out. There was mud and road dirt all over the bottom, the inside had clearly not been vacuumed properly and the car looked like crap in general. I tried to politely tell one of the workers that I was displeased and was told " if you wanted a clean car you shouldn't have come so late." I was pissed! I got the manager involved and he had to force them to fix it. I was not expecting much but for $17 I shouldn't find ashes all over the back seats, dirt all over the dash, and mud all along the bottom. I probably won't be back for a long time.

As I get home and slid the seat by I notice an old French fry. The front beverage holders on the console had not been cleaned and the side windows had not been cleaned, had dried water droplets on it. Bottom of the windshield from the bottom looked they they may have wiped it down with the same rag that was previously used to wax with. It's horrible. I expected more for $17...I may as well had went to the car was and washed it myself for $6! All they seem to care abt is making sure the tires are glossy and that ur mats have been sprayed with water smh

There I was sitting in a car washed with my car soaped and it appeared like it threw a breaker or something. I had to pull in the stall next to it, which seemed to still have power, and pay an additional $2.25 to rinse my car. I don't recommend this place to anyone. This is the second time I've gotten ripped off here.

Went on a Tuesday morning to wash bedding and rugs. 1/3 of the machines were broken (washers and…read moredryers). Some weren't marked, so I had to learn that the hard way (ie loading laundry and soap, to find out it wouldn't take change). One washer even "washed" and not a drop of water was used! Won't go back. They have a change machine that takes up to $20 bill, Laundry soap/softener vending as well as snack & soda machines, color TV, uni sex public restroom. Tables for folding and wheeled baskets for laundry use. Fire extinguisher in back behind soda machine. It is little town run down, like a coat of paint new rugs but we got it all day and very convenient, could walk to to from our new house in minutes. You need to wash clothes or your car successfully, it's your place. As well as car vacuums and self service car wash. Free parking and wheelchair accessible.
