Micheal provided and navigated us with all the proper docs and steps to (try) make the experience as simple as possible. Plenty shuffling around, it was def a team effort for all on deck. Accomplished, dotted and signed. We did have a hiccup at inspection and had to get it re-serviced at BMC. (It needs to pass to get your plates.) The only criticism I have is, a loaner car be available when incidents like this happen. We ended up having to spend more money for a rental, when a new car was just purchased. However the dealer wiped their hands clean and I had to pay out of pocket as the dealer would not cover the damage even though it should've been covered under the new cars warranty. Seeking remedies through BMW before pursuing legal action, and will update my review. Do not recommend and will not buy BMW brands again.
