In one case, I was quoted it would be an hour and 20 mins for a tow and within 10 mins, a driver was calling me to say he was about 10 mins away. Always felt safe. No issues at all. My last experience involved a tire change and after a tow truck driver didn't have the right tools to fix the problem, they found another driver that was less than 10 mins away to come and fix the issue.

Pattersons towed my car after it was found abandoned. It was stolen on July 3rd but I was not…read morenotified that it had been found on July 6th until 4 days later when an Allstate agent called me at work around 3:00 p.m. The agent gave me the name & phone # of Pattersons Towing & when I called, I was told it work cost over $300. to get my car because of the storage & tow. I told him that I did not even know the car had been found until minutes before & said I wanted to come after work, around 5:30, to see my car. The guy said they close at five so I asked them if my car waa drive-able or damaged. He said he did not know so I asked if someone could go & look at it. Again he said no because he was the only one there. I asked him why I wasn't notified by anyone & he said all they do is tow cars when state police call them for a tow job. (I am waiting for a call back from an Illinois State police commander.) I asked, "Even when you know it's stolen?" so I went the following day & saw it would have to 8be towed. Fast forward 3 days: Pattersons called me at work to say tow truck had come to pick up my car & take it to my repair shop. When I asked how much the bill was, I was told over $900.!! When I asked for a breakdown of the charges & a copy of the bill to be texted to me, he told me to get the info from Allstate since they were the ones paying for it. I am sorry Allstate paid such an outrageous charge but glad I had full coverage but what about the people who only have collision or liability? How would that have hurt them? MY ADVICE TO YOU: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

I said 10305 at the animal clinic I'm not in the shopping mall. He got a attitude and hung up on me. Operator call me back after I made several attempts to reach the driver , he passed me up several times and trying to communicate wasn't possible, he was argumentative but me and my car got home then we had problems with him putting my car in front of my house cause he don't push cars. I paid to get my car home and a misunderstanding became a night mare. With employees like him, I couldn't spend a dime and no recommendation but the fee was reasonable and the operator was pleasant and apologized for his mistake.

Initial Review: Driver arrived and demanded an extra $30 cash fee to move my car from my garage to…read morethe street, despite me informing the company beforehand that it was in the garage. I declined and offered to push it out with my brother. The driver instead pushed it out himself and later demanded payment, which I again refused. He acted hostile, refused to let me ride with him, and made the experience unpleasant. This was my first tow and the lack of upfront communication, along with the aggressive attitude, makes me confident in saying I'd never recommend this company. Update: After posting this review, the manager called and apologized for the driver's behavior. He explained that charging to move the vehicle so it can be towed is against their policy. He also said they'd reprimand the driver and install dash cams on all their trucks to make keep their drivers accountable. While I appreciate the apology, it came across more like damage control than a genuine effort to understand what went wrong or prevent it from happening again. It felt like pressure to get me to change my review, not true accountability. That said, I'm updating this to two stars because I hope this isn't how the company normally operates. If they follow through on these changes and more customers share positive experiences, they may well deserve a second chance. For now, this is still my experience, so keep it in mind if you're considering their service.
