The paddle felt off right out of the packaging, and we simply requested an even exchange. The store manager, Angela or Angelica, was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the interaction. They brought out a replacement paddle from the back that had clearly been opened, dirty and the face of the paddle had clear signs of use. The handle wrap was missing and dirty. We asked for another, pointing out that this one had no original packaging either. When doing the exchange she told us that without the original wrapping, our paddle couldn't be resold and therefore couldn't be exchanged. When we mentioned that they were just about to give us a paddle in the same unwrapped condition, she had no response. We also pulled up the official return policy, which states: "For other items, we may accept returns for items that are clean and in good condition, even if they have been opened, tried on, or tested." There is no mention that pickleball paddles are excluded or that original packaging is required for these items. Despite calmly explaining our position, she told us, "Being difficult is not going to get you anywhere," even though we repeatedly made it clear that we weren't trying to be difficult we were just asking for fairness. She finally agreed to the exchange, but not without saying, "I'm going to do this one time, but don't do it again," in a tone that felt more like we were children being reprimanded than paying customers. Overall, this was an unprofessional and frustrating experience. We expected consistency with store policy and basic respect neither of which we received.

Store is located in a busy shopping center in Doral, so if you go later in the day, you might not find parking. We walked in and we were immediately greeted. The very nice lady that was attending the store advised us that they have a foot analyzer that would help on determining what would be the best shoe for the feet. She advise that I buy the shoes with her the analysis is included, otherwise there is a fee. We advised her that we were going to buy a pair, so she went ahead and walked with my daughter to the machine. Very cool how it takes a 3D image of the feet and allows you to see where you need more support. Ironically the shoe she had selected was the right fit. Daughter loves the shoes and feels a her feet feel a lot better support them before.

One of the associates asked me if I needed help and I explained what was going on... I needed the grey shirt from the picture. They have important snapshots on them of important Heat history which was pretty neat. The associate was able to explain each shirt to me and what game each picture was taken on!
