I wish I could give more than five stars. Anthony and his team are the best!!! I purchased a new Tesla and needed PPF, and my windows were tinted. I was on Reddit and Yelp, and Auto Envy kept coming up. After reading the Yelp reviews, I went to their website on Thursday evening, clicked "free quote," and waited for a response. Had my 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid recently tinted. Isiah and Jess were both great in the detailing of my window tint. Isiah patiently re-explained the options for tint and I did change to a better for me darker but street legal tint after yesterday's initial meeting. All the options were gone over and I went with the Xrp plus+ tint. WOW!!! What a beautiful job . Jess and Isiah went over the job at pickup and did a minor correction on a left corner of the rear window. It had to be perfect before I left. I had my entire Ram 1500 wrapped in Expel Paint Protection Film, bumper to bumper. They were the only one willing to take on the time extensive job. After they wrapped my truck, they Ceramic Coat(semi permanent gloss wax) the PPF for free. The truck came out looking amazing. No matter the hours of the days, my truck never stop shinning. Through out the process, Auto Envy was upfront about everything and were very honest. They do IMMACULATE work for an AMAZING price. Everyone is shock when I tell them the truck is 100% wrapped in PPF, they can't see the edge of the film anywhere, because AutoEnvy tucked the PPF over the edge of the truck frame, removed all the door handle ect to install the PPF. They also put back on new factory decal for free for me (they could of been cheap and reuse the old decal). I also purchased their car cleaning supplies, they sell it cheaper than Amazon and works better than the cheap stuff you buy at autopart stores. This review is a bit overdue as I had been meaning to type this up sooner, but better late than never. I got my red Tesla Performance Model 3 in August of 2018, and prior to receiving delivery in Fremont, I wanted to look into getting paint protection film and ceramic coating being that I planned on keeping my car long term. After much searching and a recommendation from Alex at Tint Pros, I decided to inquire with the staff at Auto Envy about getting it done. It turned out these were the go to guys for Tesla owners. With so many Model 3s being sold that cost upwards of 55-60k, most people that are willing to spend the money to protect their paint are typically luxury car owners. So it made sense that they've been flooded by new Tesla owners wanting to take their car paint to the next level considering how many paint problems there have been lately. From the start the guys over at Auto Envy were knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth people. The shop itself is well stocked with a huge selection of professional detailing supplies like sprays, shampoos, towels and applicators. If you are the kind of person that actually cares about your paint enough to exclusively wash it yourself, this is the place to go. Letting anyone or anything else touch your car's paintjob is what leads to dull cars covered in swirl marks. Even doing it yourself the wrong way will inevitably lead to swirl marks and oxidation. Don't waste your time at national auto parts store that don't carry professional supplies that end up damaging your paint. Don't bother going online and crossing your fingers and hoping that you buy the right product, and wait 3 or 4 days to receive it. These guys will walk you through the process. PRO TIP: you may want to write down what they tell you, if you're anything like me, you remember maybe half of the DOs and DON'Ts of car detailing to keep the paint pristine. Then you end up calling them or messaging them and ask them to repeat what they told you.... ADHD sucks. I decided on getting Xpel paint protection film for the front and some other damage prone parts in addition to getting ceramic coating on the entire vehicle, and I had to schedule well in advance because they are incredibly popular with Tesla's and high end vehicles in general. I had to leave my car there for a good chunk of the week, as the process is arduous and time consuming as they meticulously comb over every detail of the paint during the paint correction process prior to application of PPF and ceramic.... however the wait was absolutely worth it. The end result was a deeper looking coat of paint, and a shine so ridiculously glossy that it practically made the car look like it was rendered by a computer. I had run into several other red Tesla owners, and each one has complimented the car on how insanely shiny it was, and some even thought that I had gotten it repainted because the shade of red seemed so much deeper due to the optical qualities of the CQuartz combined with the paint correction process. They are the only certified CQuartz ceramic coating professionals in the area, and if you know anything about CQuartz, the standards of training are very high and their attention to detail shows. Getting the XPEL PPF meant getting the peace of mind that comes with front end protection from rock chips, etc. Anthony (who own's Auto Envy) kept me updated throughout the process, he let me know of any issues and really treated me like an old friend throughout the entire process. Even when we ran into issues, he always explained to me the reasons why, never talked down to me, and never made me feel like he didn't have my back when it came to manufacturing and paint defects that came up from the Tesla factory (which are very common, even outside of Tesla). These guys 100% know what they are doing, and I trusted them with taking care of me. Support your local independently owned businesses.... these guys work hard and care about their trade and it shows. A well done job with guys that stand behind their work and I also feel like I made a friend. I refuse to order products online for detailing any more, even down to the towels that I use. Their prices are practically the same, I get advice and support from the pros, they're cool people and I feel like he's exactly the kind of local business that I like to support. Built from the ground up.... I feel like this is almost an ad since I have nothing but good things to say, but reality is, everything is 100% true... I spent the time to learn how to take care of my cars and use professional products and washing and detailing my cars. I had unexpectedly run out of car wash for my foam cannon and needed to find some fast so I could wash my truck today. I looked up this place and found they are one of the only places around to carry professional products that are easy for consumers to buy. I have a different brand of wash soap that I typically use but since I ran out I tried the store brand of Auto Envy Detox and it worked great! Foamed up nicely, clung to the car well, provided great lubrication for washing the truck without adding any swirls to the paint. The staff was nice and knowledgeable, I mentioned the products I typically use and they showed me the equivalent ones in the products they carry. I plan on keeping my car for many years and black paint is always a nightmare. Had my TESLA paint corrected and the front end wrapped with a PPF along with a ceramic coating over the whole thing. I do a lot of driving on HWY 99 and it's rock chip city. The PPF has done an amazing job protecting my paint.
